COVID 19 RESPONSE: OLE TOWN MED ADDED CARSIDE MEDICAL SERVICE AND TELEHEALTH
Monoclonal Antibody Therapy is an injection that can help high-risk patients who have COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19 to prevent severe symptoms from forming.
We have a traveling nurse practitioner who will come to you in your home to administer the monoclonal antibody therapy. While the provider is there, they can administer the therapy to all qualifying patients who live in the home. Our providers will travel within the Tupelo, New Albany, Oxford, Batesville, and surrounding areas.
New patients need to email their driver's license, insurance card, and completed new patient paperwork to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can download the paperwork below. Please indicate these documents are for "monoclonal antibody therapy" in the subject of your email.
Call our clinic at 662-550-9877 to reserve your time for monoclonal antibody therapy. Paperwork must be completed before therapy.
